The general meeting for Kisedet’s members was held on Thursday, 27th of June 2024.
The guest of honour was the Deputy Minister of Health,
The hon. Dr. Godwin Mollel who visited the ‘Chigongwe Family’ long-term shelter, which hosts children and young people who were recuperated from the streets and/or those from poor families, victims of domestic violence, etc.
He was also able to visit the various surrounding structures such as the chicken coop, the fish farming tanks, the guesthouse, and the nursery, and spoke positively about the projects carried out by the association.
This occasion allowed the entire Kisedet family to gather together, from staff members to management, including current and past guests and UCS (Universal Civil Services), which allowed there to be an evaluation and discussion about the daily objectives to which the NGO is committed.
All this demonstrates the will of the association, which once again walks united against injustices.
